Software implementation and development projects are analogous to construction projects. Both types of projects need to be built upon strong foundations. The foundation for a software project is the Project Management, Change Control, Business Process Management, Technology Management and Quality Assurance infrastructure provided by Stelex. The likelihood success for a project built upon this foundation is greatly increased because of the support provided for each of the six individual building blocks which are called Project Phases.
