Account Manager

Stelex provides full range Consulting, Validation and Auditing Services to the regulated industries including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics. Our Sales and Marketing Team at our headquarters just outside of Philadelphia needs someone who is able to sell services to and develop business with life science, pharmaceutical and medical device clients. Sales, Marketing and Business Development efforts are concentrated in services such as computer system validations, auditing and regulatory compliance consultations.

You will write proposals and help develop and maintain clients. Excellent written and oral communication skills, professional presentation, ability to promote services rather than commodities are essential.

A great advantage is to have a network and contacts within the FDA regulated industries.

We provide marketing and administrative support as well as inside sales lead generation.

Maximo Mobile Engineer

The MME will develop and implement mobile solutions for Maximo including the Syclo Suite of products- Work Manager, Inventory Manager and Agentry developer platform. Location: Northeast (Fulltime).

    Basic Qualifications:
  • The MME will have 2-5 years experience with the Maximo CMMS including version 5 and 6.
  • The MME will have 2-5 years as a programmer or business analyst and should be skilled in SQL and JAVA.
  • Serve as a Maximo Mobile subject matter expert for various projects and clients.
  • The ability to work at various locations and willingness to travel are required.

Maximo Subject Matter Expert

Stelex, an IBM Business Partner and solution provider for Maximo, currently has several opportunities for Maximo Engineers including installation, configuration, requirements gathering and solution development. Our long term project in Philadelphia requires a Maximo Engineer with in-depth knowledge of Maximo EAM version 6.x.

  • Serve as Maximo subject matter expert on diverse project team working in a team environment with business and technology users.
  • Perform and document technical requirements discovery and develop assessments of potential solutions.
  • Lead efforts for implementing and deploying enhancements for Maximo.
  • Assist in development of success criteria matrices.
  • Should have a working knowledge of SQL queries, Project Management, MS Office Suite and Visio.
  • Knowledge of maintenance management best practices a plus.
  • IBM Maximo Certification a plus.

Livelink Validation Consultant

Stelex partners with Opentext and has projects involved with the validation of the Opentext Livelink system.

Qualified individuals should have:

Knowledge of Computer System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) requirements and FDA regulations, GxPs, and experience with validation of automated processes. Must have Livelink or other ECM, EDMS, SAP, Documentum, Stellent or similar validation experience. Any experience with integration and configuration is highly desired.
    Responsibilities include:
  • Validation of Livelink
  • Develop SOPs, document configuration
  • Support users during pilot and make system modifications
  • Support deployment of the completed application to users
  • Requirements definition, workflow design, testing and training documentation
  • Validation plan, PQ, requirements traceability matrix, SOPs
  • Communication with clients, project manager and project team members on technical issues
  • Provide regulatory guidance regarding Computer System Validation (CSV) procedures and current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP), cGLP or GCP.
  • Supervise generation of system specifications, validation documents, and CSV procedures
  • Perform on site assessments, audits, risk analyses, and client interviews.
